Anne Summers in Newcastle Sunday 4 November

Respected journalist, editor, policy maker and feminist Anne Summers will visit Newcastle on 4 November to discuss her new memoir Unfettered and Alive.

Anne has influenced and often shaped the political, cultural and social fabric of Australia – depending on what role she was occupying at the time. In her book, she shares wicked anecdotes about the famous and powerful people she has worked with or reported on, and is refreshingly frank about her own anxieties and mistakes.

The event will be held from 4pm to 5pm in the Starlight Room at Wests New Lambton. Free parking is available. Tickets are $25. MacLean’s Booksellers will be at the event and Anne will be signing books.
