Her debut book The One Thing We’ve Never Spoken About was published in 2023 with Pantera Press and focuses on the silence and stigma that surrounds complex mental health conditions in Australia.

Elfy is a frequent guest on podcasts, TV and radio and her journalism has featured in The Saturday Paper, The Guardian, The Age, and SBS News.
