BottomLinsay Knight is widely respected as a leading expert in, and contributor to, children’s literature in Australia. As the Head of Children’s Books at Random House Australia for seven years, she nurtured the talent of numerous authors and illustrators such as Jacqueline Harvey, Deborah Abela and Rachael Spratt. At the end of 2016, Linsay assumed the role of Publisher/Head of Australian Publishing at Walker Books Australia where, until October 2021, she led a dynamic publishing team dedicated to bringing the best Australian stories to the iconic Walker list. Passionate about poetry, she and her husband launched the dynamic poetry imprint Pitt Street Poetry (PSP) in 2012 and they have published 59 collections of poetry.
