Winnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Sydney University. Her most notable anthologies include: Sweatshop Women (Sweatshop 2019 and 2020), Another Australia (Affirm Press, 2022) and Straight Up Islander (SBS Voices, 2021). Winnie’s own writings has been published widely in Meanjin, Griffith Review, Sydney Review of Books and kindling & sage. Winnie’s debut novel is Dirt Poor Islanders (Hachette, 2024).
