The organiser of the city’s burgeoning writers festival may increase Newcastle-focused sessions next year after recognising a hunger for local content, authors and poets over the weekend.
The second annual Newcastle Writers Festival attracted more than 4000 people into the city as 96 writers held a host of sessions at venues including Newcastle City Hall.
